Macdonald Windsor Hotel, Windsor

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very plush and comfortable, but there was an issue with leaking water that made it unsafe and inconvenient to use properly. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Dean and Chris, who took great care of us. The location was superb, right opposite Windsor Castle and close to shops, making it ideal for exploring. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some disorganization in the kitchen but also some nice options available.
