Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but some promised items were lacking. The staff was friendly, except for a brief encounter with an unfriendly manager named Dean. The location was superb, right across from Windsor Castle, but the dining experience left something to be desired.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was amazing, right by Windsor Castle and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering a great view of the castle. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options.
The hotel room was on the smaller side considering the price we paid, especially for the honeymoon suite. Unfortunately, our peaceful stay was interrupted by a wedding party above us. On the bright side, we had a view of the castle from our room, which was a nice touch.
The hotel's location is fabulous, right next to the castle and close to all the shopping spots. Rooms were a bit of a letdown despite being well appointed and quiet, service was a mixed bag with some highlights, and the dining experience varied. The central location is a definite plus, but there were some service issues that affected our stay.
The hotel offers lovely rooms that are very clean and spacious, making it a great place to stay just 20 minutes from Heathrow Airport. However, my stay in a disabled room with a wet room bathroom was a bit inconvenient due to water spreading everywhere from the shower, and there was a missed day of room servicing during our four-day stay.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very plush and comfortable, but there was an issue with leaking water that made it unsafe and inconvenient to use properly. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Dean and Chris, who took great care of us. The location was superb, right opposite Windsor Castle and close to shops, making it ideal for exploring. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some disorganization in the kitchen but also some nice options available.
This hotel is a gem for those who love a view of the castle and a secluded, clean room at the end of the floor. The service is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, especially Matthew, who goes above and beyond for guests. The location is right in the heart of Windsor, steps away from the castle and local amenities. However, the dining options are lacking and a bit overpriced, tarnishing an otherwise delightful stay.
The hotel is a gem with amazing breakfast selections, airy and spacious rooms featuring robes and slippers. The location is unbeatable, directly opposite the entrance to Windsor Castle, although parking and TV issues were noted. The dining experience was pleasant, even with some waiting times for tables. Rooms were small but cozy and offered great value for the money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with lovely rooms that were very comfortable and clean, featuring modern touches while being well-maintained. The proximity to the Castle was a definite plus. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, and the location was fantastic, just steps away from Windsor Castle and easily accessible to various amenities. The dining experience was enjoyable overall, with a comprehensive menu on offer. However, the only downside was the disappointment in some food options. The facilities were excellent, enhancing my overall experience.
The hotel's location is superb, just a few hundred yards from the Castle, making it ideal for exploring Windsor. However, the rooms needed a thorough clean with some maintenance issues, and the dining experience fell short of expectations.
The hotel offered a clean, spacious, and comfortable stay, although some noise from the kitchen and a less than ideal view were drawbacks. The average food didn't stand out, but the room size made up for it compared to others.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated to a high standard. The air conditioning provided a nice ambient room temperature, but some minor cleanliness issues were noticed in the bathroom. The service was professional and friendly overall, with a few exceptions. The location was outstanding for visitors to Windsor but seemed a bit understaffed. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes being overpriced and substandard. The hotel facilities were generally good, providing the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near Windsor Castle, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although some maintenance is needed. The service was a mix of kindness and a small mishap. The dining experience had its ups and downs, offering a variety of options but lacking some attention to detail. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the 'extras' one could need, though the lack of a walk-in shower was a bit inconvenient for my knee problem. The service was exceptional, with the staff being so lovely and the onsite car parking being a real bonus. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Windsor with everything at my doorstep. The dining experience was a mixed bag with delicious food but a bit noisy during clean-up. Overall, a great value for money experience.
Staying in one of their top suites had its perks but fell short on promised items. The room overlooked a plain courtyard, surprising with its peacefulness amidst the city hubbub. The hotel bar was a gem for pre-dinner or post-shopping drinks, offering a serene ambiance.
